About Us

We are a dynamic and fast-growing pharmaceutical company based in Dubai, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare and pharmaceutical products across the UAE and the wider Middle East & Africa region. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Officer to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations — encompassing Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory, and Fleet Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-efficient delivery across procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and fleet activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, payments, and contracts while ensuring strong vendor performance.
  • Maintain strict compliance with UAE regulatory requirements (MOH, GMP, GDP), internal SOPs, and quality systems.
  • Track and analyze key KPIs (inventory turns, order fill rates, lead times), and drive continuous improvement across all processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Regulatory, Finance, Sales) to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant supply chain experience within pharmaceuticals or healthcare. Prior UAE/GCC experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and fleet management.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency in ERP/SCM systems (SAP, Oracle, Track & Trace) and advanced Excel/BI tools.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a growing regional pharmaceutical company making an impact in healthcare.
  • Work in a collaborative environment that values initiative, innovation, and professional growth.
