FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a proactive and technically strong Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth system performance.
Responsibilities

Responsible for handling all incoming tickets according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Resolve low-to-moderate complexity technical issues using defined tools and processes, such as password resets and functional customer mapping changes.

Continuously monitor and maintain the data ingestion pipelines, ensuring data quality (completeness, correctness, and freshness) post-implementation.

Diagnose and resolve data-related issues, including missing/empty tables, incorrect transformations, and unexpected data anomalies.

Maintain the knowledge base and documentation to support both customers and internal team members.

Knowledge of supply chain processes and a strong understanding of supply chain workflows in 1-2 ERPs (SAP or Oracle)

Proficiency in SQL

Experience with relational databases

Experience with cloud data infrastructure on AWS or Azure

Monitor data pipeline errors and proactively resolve them

Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

Previous experience in a support, data engineering, or a related position involving supporting a SaaS app providing data management, extraction and analysis

Ability to learn systems and business processes quickly

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
