CCTV Support Engineer / Resident Engineer

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and related surveillance equipment.
• Perform routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV infrastructure.
• Monitor WAN connectivity for CCTV sites and ensure continuous communication between remote locations and the central monitoring station.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot WAN link issues, coordinate with ISPs/service providers, and follow up until service restoration.
• Escalate network, hardware, and application-related incidents to the relevant internal teams or vendors as per defined SLA.
• Monitor CCTV recording status, camera availability, storage utilization, and system alerts.
• Configure and maintain camera recording schedules, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Respond promptly to incidents and service requests while ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
• Coordinate with field teams for hardware replacement, site visits, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain documentation, including network diagrams, asset inventory, incident reports, and maintenance records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly health check and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and operational procedures.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders for CCTV and network-related issues.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of IP CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Axis, or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN, VLANs, and routing concepts.
• Experience with WAN link monitoring and fault diagnosis.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and remote troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills for vendor and customer management.
• Ability to work under SLA-driven support environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV and network support.

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month
