Senior Surveyor

Location: Capital Smart City, Chakri Road, Rawalpindi

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to lead and manage land surveying operations across infrastructure and real estate projects. The role involves ensuring measurement accuracy, maintaining high-quality survey data, and coordinating with multiple teams to support precise project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and perform detailed land and topographic surveys for project planning, design, and construction.

- Verify the accuracy of collected data, field measurements, and survey calculations.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive survey reports, field notes, sketches, and digital data.

- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to align survey data with project requirements.

- Operate and manage surveying instruments and technologies effectively.

- Process and analyze survey data using industry-standard tools and methods.

- Check and validate boundary, level, and alignment information to ensure compliance with specifications.

- Lead and mentor survey teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: DAE Civil with Diploma in Survey

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in land surveying, preferably in infrastructure or real estate development projects.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of surveying techniques, measurement methods, and data analysis.

Core Competencies: Leadership, analytical thinking, precision, and effective coordination skills.
