Senior Estimation Engineer - Civil

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in cost estimation, tendering, and price quoting for civil engineering or construction projects. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and providing accurate quotations to support bidding and execution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
• Evaluate quantities using BOQs (Bill of Quantities), drawings, and design documents.
• Obtain and compare material, equipment, and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to gather necessary pricing information.
• Assist in tender preparation, technical submissions, and cost breakdowns.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering suggestions.
• Maintain updated cost databases, material rates, and supplier information.
• Support project teams during the post-tender and project execution stages when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US estimation, tendering, or cost control for civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, methods, and market rates.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Primavera,BlueBeam,Plan Swift, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
