Senior System & Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Assist in Active Directory / Entra ID management, user provisioning, permissions, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Maintain a helpdesk ticketing system, track incidents, and ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
• Support deployment and maintenance of communication systems such as VOIP, SMS, and bulk email applications.
• Office 365 & Azure Administration.
• Managing IT Infrastructure services and appliances like firewalls, Network switches, servers, VMs, etc.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth implementation of technology solutions.
• Maintain all aspects of the network, maintain network uptime, and monitor LAN/WAN/WIFI equipment and connections.
• Apply security patches, OS updates, and software upgrades to maintain system integrity.
• Managing daily backup jobs, network connectivity, and server health status.
• Deployment of new services and applications whenever required.

Job Details:

• Shift Timings: 7pm - 4am
• Workday: Mon - Fri
• Location: ISB (DHA PH 1)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
