Role Overview
Senior-level systems administrator responsible for the stability, security, and continuous operation of enterprise systems across on-prem and cloud environments. Hands-on role with on-call responsibility.
Key Responsibilities

Perform system maintenance, updates, patching, backups, and troubleshooting.

Support system migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

Administer Windows Server environments: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Group Policy.

Manage identity and access across Active Directory and Azure AD.

Operate virtualization platforms and enterprise storage systems.
-
Manage backup and recovery operations, including restore testing.
-
Run vulnerability remediation and patch management cycles.

Administer endpoint management and security platforms.

Monitor system health, performance, and availability; resolve incidents and prevent recurrence.

Maintain asset inventory for servers, devices, licenses, and warranties.

Provide escalation-level support to internal teams.

Maintain clear technical documentation and operational records.

Participate in on-call rotations and maintenance windows.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is recommended.

8+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory environments.

Experience with VMware or equivalent virtualization platforms.

Experience with enterprise backup and storage platforms.

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including migrations.

Basic scripting or automation using PowerShell and/or Bash.

Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
Working Conditions
