JOB TITLE: Senior Systems Analyst – Full-Time
LOCATION: Tampa, FL – Hybrid Work from Home
TRAVEL: Minimal 0-10%
What you’ll do:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support multiple concurrent system implementation projects across the organization. This role will play a critical part in bridging business needs and technical solutions by leading requirements analysis, supporting system design, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across diverse systems and stakeholders, and experienced in delivering complex implementations from discovery through go-live.

The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations of a position, providing clarity on how the role supports Company goals. However, as business needs evolve, these responsibilities may shift over time to reflect new priorities, processes, or technologies:
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for multiple system implementation projects simultaneously, primarily focusing on our Salesforce implementation
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases
- Serve as a liaison between business teams, IT, and implementation partners
- Support solution design by collaborating with architects, developers, and vendors to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
- Assess impacts of system changes on upstream and downstream processes, integrations, and data flows
- Support project planning activities including scope definition, dependency identification, and risk management
- Participate in Agile or hybrid delivery models, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos
- Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, test cases, and defect resolution processes
- Support change management efforts, including documentation, training materials, and end-user support
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and best practices
Minimum Job Requirements
Minimum job qualifications define the essential skills, experience, and abilities needed to succeed in the role. They set the baseline for hiring but may evolve as the job and business requirements change:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications
- Proven experience working on multiple, concurrent system implementation projects
- Strong requirements documentation and stakeholder facilitation skills
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
