Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Purpose:


To lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of high-quality candidates aligned with organizational goals and Saudization targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured methodologies and competency-based techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, including Saudization requirements.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and market trends.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a large or multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.
