Job Purpose:
To lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of high-quality candidates aligned with organizational goals and Saudization targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured methodologies and competency-based techniques.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, including Saudization requirements.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events.
- Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a large or multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
- CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.
