Premier Services & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, headhunting).

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Collaborate with HR to enhance employer branding initiatives.

Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or lead role.

Must have a solid background in outsourcing companies (BPO/SSC/Call Center).

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.

Proficiency in English (advanced level).
