HR Executive – Talent Acquisition (Full-Time, On-Site)

We’re looking for an experienced HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to manage end-to-end recruitment and help us attract top talent for our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus drives).
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate data and status in the ATS system.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure hiring processes comply with internal policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition (IT/Non-IT).
• Experience with ATS and HRMS tools preferred.
