Key responsibilities
- Strategic planning: Develop and implement long-term recruiting strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier candidates for senior and critical roles through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from initial contact and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Candidate experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define job requirements, create selection criteria, and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
- Data and metrics: Utilize recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of strategies and optimize the hiring process.
- Employer branding: Promote the company's brand and culture to attract high-quality talent.
- Market intelligence: Stay up-to-date on labor market trends, compensation, and best practices in talent acquisition.
