We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading government entity in Riyadh. The role requires a professional who can manage the full recruitment cycle efficiently, utilize advanced recruitment tools, and produce detailed analytical reports to support strategic hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Utilize recruitment platforms effectively to source and attract qualified talent
  • Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and analytics reports
  • Manage and analyze data using advanced Excel skills
  • Operate and update recruitment workflows using SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure a high standard of communication and reporting in professional English
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Proven expertise in recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting
  • Practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is essential
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience within a government or semi government environment is preferred
