Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT and engineering positions, sourcing strategies, and employer branding. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract top candidates, and ensure seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including software engineers, developers, and other technology-focused roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and assess technical competencies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, tech meetups, and networking events.


Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to optimize the hiring process.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis on hiring trends.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate data.
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies to enhance hiring efficiency.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in IT, software, or engineering industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with common programming languages, frameworks, and IT terminologies.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ATS, HR software, and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-growing tech company or recruitment agency.
  • Previous experience hiring for tech roles.
