Responsibilities

• Learn the brand’s story, catalog, and mission
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and direction.
• Create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
• Screen applications, administer tests, and score candidates to identify top talent.
• Recruit talent for the marketing, product, operations, and HR departments
• Conduct phone and video interviews with high-potential applicants.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a great experience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for roles.
• Support additional HR functions, including employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or another related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to US-based roles
• Previous experience hiring for an e-commerce brand is highly preferred
• Strong command of LinkedIn sourcing techniques and tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and hiring pipelines simultaneously
• The ability to work within a team and independently
• Excellent analytical skills for reviewing resumes and identifying the most qualified candidates
• Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficient written communication skills for preparing recruitment reports and documentation
• Deep understanding of modern hiring strategies and best practices
