Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | Fulltime
Job Purpose:
Manage the recruitment process for Senior-level positions, from sourcing to hiring, while establishing long-term relationships with potential candidates to foster a strong talent pipeline.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle for more senior-level vacancies, from initial sourcing to final hiring.
- Proactively support in creating and maintaining a talent pool of qualified candidates for more senior-level positions.
- Participate in job brief meetings for more senior titles to determine selection criteria and requirements.
- Utilize online channels to source and identify potential candidates for assigned more senior-level vacancies.
- Screen and evaluate CVs received through online channels and the HR system.
- Conduct Competency based interviews to assess candidates’ fittingness.
- Join the technical interviews to ensure appropriate evaluation of the candidate’s technical skills.
- Collect feedback on candidates’ performance and ensure accurate records and updates are added on the HR system.
- Track and monitor the SLA for the entire hiring process to ensure compliance with established timelines.
- Take ownership of planning and preparing for job fairs and other recruitment events/programs, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made in a timely manner.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates, foster a strong talent pipeline.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- YOE 3+, with at least 2 year of experience in recruitment.
- 1 year of Experience in software industry is a must .
- Social Media Skills is preferrable.
- Microsoft office skills is a must.
- Recruitment tool knowledge is preferrable.
