Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (F & B Sector)

A Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist identifies staffing needs, develops job descriptions, sources and screens candidates, collaborates with hiring managers to conduct interviews, extends job offers, and manages the onboarding process to find the best talent for an organization's long-term goals. Key duties include building candidate networks, promoting the company brand through recruitment events, using recruitment software to track data, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

  • Sourcing and Attraction: Proactively identify and attract potential employees by posting on job boards, utilizing social media, and building talent pipelines.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Interviewing: Conduct interviews and schedule subsequent interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of open positions and the company culture.
  • Offer Management: Extend employment offers and conduct salary negotiations with successful candidates.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Assist hiring managers and HR with the pre-onboarding process for new hires.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • UAE Food Industry: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE driving license (Preferred)
