Senior Team Leader - Specialized Training (Arabic Speakers)

Job Description:


  • Oversee the development and management of the Authority's annual technical and specialized training plan for employees, ensuring training needs are met and institutional learning objectives are achieved
  • Manage and supervise the planning, implementation, and facilitation of various technical training activities and events, manage budget allocations for training, and ensure optimal availability and distribution of training materials within the approved budget
  • Oversee the preparation and implementation of the annual technical and specialized training calendar in accordance with institutional priorities
  • Oversee the review and approval of the technical/specialized training curriculum and determine training priorities
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the position or assigned to it
  • Propose new areas for technical/specialized training based on future trends
  • Manage training needs analysis processes to design technical/specialized training programs, or develop and improve existing programs to meet future business requirements
  • Oversee the study and implementation of policies and regulations related to technical training in accordance with the Human Resources Law, ensuring their compliance with approved government regulations
  • Ensure ongoing coordination with department and unit managers to review the effectiveness of technical/ specialized training plans and monitor their implementation on the ground
  • Ensure the technical training team maintains an accurate and up-to-date database that includes the number of participants, program details, and evaluation records
  • Oversee the evaluation of all technical training programs and trainers, prepare the necessary reports on the effectiveness of technical/specialized training programs, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Establish effective working relationships with accredited international training institutions to find qualified trainers by developing working relationships with training institutes and other entities to provide support in training programs
  • Evaluate the return on investment of technical training or development programs

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Specialized certificates in smart education with 11 years of relevant work experience
  • A high degree of analytical thinking and demonstrated talent for identifying, examining, improving, and streamlining multiple work processes.
  • Advanced computer skills with extensive proficiency in multiple programs covering a wide range of applications.
  • An excellent listener with the ability to communicate and convey information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • An effective and intelligent team member who fosters trust in relationships with clients and team members.
  • An adaptable team member who thrives in a work environment that requires effective prioritization and coordination of concurrent projects.
