Job Purpose

Ensure continuity of services to all employees residing in the company accommodations by overseeing the receiving and delivery of supplies, uniforms as per EFS department requirements within the stipulated time.

Key Result Areas

1. Conduct daily checks on uniform counter facility, missing & damaged uniforms from supplier and laundry, support the team leader to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time service delivery.

2. Support the Team Leader in managing daily routine activities in the accommodations and counter operations to ensure business continuity.

3. Assist in the induction of new recruits in the company accommodation by briefing new staff and provide them with information on staff transportation schedules and housing facilities and services.

4. Guide the team to ensure good storage and labelling practices, work order handling, housekeeping, report irregularities and handle employee complaints.

5. Support the Team Leader and Supervisors by providing daily reports on uniform issuance, new joiner uniforms, and uniform issuance preparation to ensure service levels are maintained.

6. Recommend efficient processes to the Team leader or Supervisor to bring in efficiency in resource utilisation and avoid wastage.

7. Escalate employee concerns/ issues to the Uniform Supervisor and ensure they are addressed as per the target timelines to ensure comfort of residents.

8. Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 international standards and execute his/her responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.

Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience

Education Qualification:
1.Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Work Experience:
1.Should have at least three-year*s experience in administrative and employee services.

Skills:
1.Able to work under time related pressure so as to meet all internal customer expectations and requirement

2.Able to demonstrate knowledge of employee facilities & services specifically employee facilities

3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage

4.Effective negotiation and team management skills

5.Must have basic MS Computer skill
