Job Summary:
The Technical After Sales Officer is responsible for providing technical support and after-sales service for lubricant products to customers. The role includes handling customer complaints, conducting product performance analysis, supporting the sales team with technical guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical assistance and site visits.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service for industrial and automotive lubricant products.
- Visit customer sites to inspect lubricant performance and resolve technical issues.
- Handle customer complaints related to lubricant quality, performance, and application.
- Conduct lubricant inspections, oil sampling, and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with suppliers and laboratories for oil analysis and technical evaluations.
- Prepare technical reports, service visit reports, and product recommendations.
- Support the sales team during product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Train customers and end users on proper lubricant handling, storage, and usage.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Maintain records of customer service activities and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and industry standards.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through technical support activities.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in lubricant industry, automotive service, or technical support role.
- Good knowledge of industrial and automotive lubricants.
- Familiarity with oil analysis and lubrication systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Work Location: In person
