Looking for Oracle CX Consultant with Strong technical knowledge in customizing Fusion B2B Sales/Service application with custom objects, Redwood, BI Dashboards, Groovy Scripting, SOAP/Rest APIs, Visual Builder and DCS.
Additionally, looking for CPQ and Oracle Field Service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Sales & Service modules
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, and pages using Oracle Fusion's Application Composer
- Present technical and functional capabilities of Oracle Field Service Cloud platform to clients
- Create and manage workflows, business processes, and approval rules using workflow engine
- Utilize Redwood theme to design and develop user interfaces, including pages, layouts, and templates
- Apply Redwood design principles and patterns to ensure consistency and usability across Oracle Fusion applications
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion's reporting and analytics tools, such as OTBI
- Integrate Oracle Fusion with other applications and services using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies
- Collaborate with customers on Business Requirements Specifications, Design & Architecture path and also perform configuration of modules
- Stay updated with periodic Oracle releases and use the latest standard best practice
- Participate in cross-functional discussions with business analysts and developers, to ensure successful project delivery
Must Have:
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Sales and Service functionality, including incident management, problem management, and change management
- Knowledge of Redwood theme to develop user interfaces
- Experience in implementing Oracle Field Service modules including Forecasting, Scheduling and Routing etc
- Working knowledge on products related Inventory management, Order management, Depot repair, Maintenance management
- Analyse and optimize field service workflows, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Field Service applications
- Familiarity to build Oracle Field Service forms, workflows, triggers, and Field updates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills & ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reporting and dashboard development using Oracle Fusion tools
- Understanding CRM principles and recommend solutions to customer, handling feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Experience with integration technologies such as API, SOAP, and REST
- Understanding of Conversions using Import/Export Management
Desired:
- Knowledge of Oracle CPQ application is added skill
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Oracle Service Cloud Trained/Certified with understanding of Oracle Service Cloud architecture
- Experience in Interface Development with CRM integrations including usability, accessibility testing and validation
- Good programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others
- Overview of Cloud Architecture and knowledge on Data Migration
