Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical drawings, interior detailing packages, and construction documentation in line with approved design concepts.
Oversee site implementation, ensuring design intent is maintained through construction and fit-out phases.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality standards, and design compliance.
Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure coordinated and integrated project delivery.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups, ensuring alignment with design and project specifications.
Identify and resolve any technical or construction-related issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards across all interior works.
Supervise junior architects and CAD technicians, providing mentorship and guidance.
Contribute to project schedules, procurement strategies, and budget reviews with respect to interior architectural packages.
Prepare and verify as built documentation for project handover and post-completion review.
