Responsibilities:Responsible for managing and supporting Entire end to end Aveva Wonderware based MES application as per customer application landscape.Debug, Suggest/Fix the issues in the application.Responsible for MES upgrade and Rollout . Flexible to work in shifts, and on-call.Responsible for preparation and configuration of Master data, Parameterization, Interface design and execution as per Business Process
Flow.Work with team to interact with Customer in shift without interruption and support the customer issues as desired.Attend the priority P2 incident call and mentor Junior members for triaging and resolving customer issues. (1.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (2.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (3.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. (4.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
