Job Title: Senior Technical Mobilization Specialist ( Recruitment )
Location: Khobar (or as assigned)
Reports To: Recruitment Manager / Mobilization Lead
Role Purpose
Lead the full mobilization cycle for selected candidates, ensuring smooth onboarding, document processing, client compliance, and timely deployment to project sites. Serve as the main link between candidates, recruitment, HR operations, and client representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end mobilization for local and overseas candidates.
- Ensure timely completion of all joining formalities.
- Track candidate readiness until reporting to site.
- Prepare and share mobilization plans with stakeholders weekly.
Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding approvals, gate passes, site access, and onboarding requirements.
- Ensure all candidate documents comply with client standards.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and hiring teams.
Document Control & Compliance
- Verify all mandatory documents:
- Passport copies
- Certificates & approvals
- Contract initiation
- Medical fit report
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and company policy.
Candidate Engagement
- Communicate mobilization timelines, onboarding instructions, and site details.
- Support candidates with joining tickets, accommodation info, and orientation.
- Resolve issues related to delays, document rejections, or site access.
Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain mobilization trackers and status sheets.
- Provide weekly mobilization reports to Recruitment Manager.
- Track KPIs: lead time to mobilize, delays, candidate dropouts, compliance percentage.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related.
- 5-8 years experience in mobilization within contracting/industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of SMP mobilization steps.
- Experience with Saudi labor procedures.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with urgent requirements.
