Summary:
We are seeking highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition department. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

Represent the company’s culture, mission, and values in the talent market

Continuously refine recruitment processes to support rapid team scaling
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

6-9 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends

Strong expertise in Engineering, Product & Design hiring and market dynamics

Proven success hiring for startups or SaaS-based companies

Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, communities, events, and other channels

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
