About the Role

Partner closely with hiring managers across Technical Product, Software Engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps to run full-cycle searches and deliver high-caliber talent fast. You’ll own Greenhouse pipelines end-to-end, drive candidate communication, and act as a consultative advisor on market, process, and value propositions.

What you’ll recruit

  • Roles across AI, Software Engineering, DevOps, and Technical Program/Project functions
  • Mix of remote and hybrid roles; primary hubs include Canada, Boston (East Coast), Denver, and Houston
  • Hiring teams operate largely on East Coast hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting in Greenhouse and LinkedIn (sourcing ? offer).
  • Run weekly syncs with hiring managers; align on profiles, SLAs, and funnel health.
  • Craft & communicate value propositions per role/team; keep candidates engaged.
  • Provide consultative guidance on market intel, interview design, and process.
  • Keep Greenhouse data clean and current; report on pipeline and conversion metrics.
  • Coordinate stakeholder interviews (may include senior leadership, e.g., CPO).

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting (AI, SWE, DevOps preferred) in high-growth SaaS.
  • Hands-on with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Track record influencing engineering leaders as a strategic talent partner.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and candidate care.
  • Comfortable working fully remote on East Coast hours.
