Senior Technical Specialist

This role involves providing expert support for Fixed Networks SDN applications deployed in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). You will troubleshoot complex issues related to OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure, mentor team members, and participate in on-call rotations. This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in cloud platforms and gain hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes deployments.

Provide expert support for Fixed Networks SDN applications deployed in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to OpenShift, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
You will mentor and upskill team members in cloud technologies and best practices.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 customer support.
Deepen your expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP and Azure.
Gain hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes deployments.
Develop advanced troubleshooting skills for cloud-based applications.
Enhance your leadership and mentoring abilities.

You have:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering stream with 8+ years of total experience, including 5+ years of experience in cloud and related domains.
Expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms, with the ability to write and develop scripts in cloud environments.
Understanding of OpenShift and deploying applications in OpenShift, with the ability to effectively monitor, manage, and troubleshoot OpenShift and deployed applications.
Proficiency in Kubernetes and debugging issues within the platform.
Excellent knowledge of cloud concepts and effective troubleshooting techniques.

It would be nice if you also had:

Red Hat OpenShift certification and cloud certifications.
Understanding of installing complex products on cloud Kubernetes platforms.
Experience in debugging product issues deployed in cloud platforms.
