- Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and other SMEs to gather and analyze information for new and existing processes.
- Develop, write, and maintain high-quality process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), flow diagrams, and internal knowledge base articles.
- Translate complex, technical, or procedural information into clear, concise, and accurate documentation tailored for the target audience.
- Organize and structure content for maximum usability and accessibility in a centralized repository.
- Manage the document lifecycle, including version control, review cycles, and approvals, ensuring all documentation is current and reflects the latest process changes.
- Perform content audits on existing documentation to identify gaps, inaccuracies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all process documents adhere to the company's style guides and legal or regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on documentation and knowledge management practices.
- Incorporate visual aids, such as charts and diagrams, to enhance understanding of complex processes.
