Senior Technician

We are hiring a skilled Senior Technician to support daily technical operations within a gaming and amusement environment. The role involves maintaining arcade machines, bowling equipment, and related entertainment systems to ensure smooth functionality and a safe guest experience. The position requires strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on expertise in amusement facility equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance for arcade machines, bowling systems, and electronic gaming equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
• Ensure all machines are calibrated, tested, and fully operational.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.

Operations Support

• Assist in daily gaming zone setup and operational readiness.
• Monitor equipment performance and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan upgrades, replacements, or technical improvements.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Perform regular safety checks and report hazards.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to address technical concerns.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians when required.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or technical certification in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an arcade or bowling technician within amusement or entertainment facilities.

Technical Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of arcade machines, bowling systems, and gaming zone equipment.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and service manuals.
• Basic computer skills for logging maintenance activities.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Working Conditions

Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
