Senior Technician, Supervisory Tanker Filling Stations DR

The team is growing, and we are currently looking to hire a Senior Technician

General Responsibilities

• :Follow divisional policy, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all functional areas in line with group delegation of authority policy to ensure fulfilment of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements while delivering quality and cost-effective service in a consistent manner
• .Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner

.Job Specific Responsibilities

• :Supervise the daily operations of tanker filling, ensuring adherence to schedules and efficient water distribution
• .Monitor the work of technicians, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
• .Ensure all equipment, including pumps and valves, are regularly inspected and maintained to minimize breakdowns
• .Oversee safety protocols, ensuring that all staff comply with health, safety, and environmental standards during tanker filling operations
• .Coordinate the timely resolution of any operational issues that may impact filling station performance
• .Maintain records of equipment status, maintenance activities, and operational logs for reporting to the manager
• .Prepare shift schedules and allocate tasks to ensure continuous and efficient operation of the station
• .Report major equipment failures or operational challenges to the supervisor for further action and suggest improvements for operational efficiency
• .Ensure proper inventory of spare parts and equipment necessary for the maintenance and repair of filling stations
• .Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to address concerns and ensure the smooth operation of tanker filling activities

Essential Requiremen

• Electric Systems, Technical Maintenance professional certification
• Proven experience as maintenance technician
