Senior Telesales specialist (Medical Tourism)

GRAND clinic is recruiting Senior sales representatives to be part of its team. If you are fluent in English, French, German or Italian, Spanish, Romanian and you have experience as a medical representative, this position is for you.

Please note that this job can only be done from our office. The employee must reside in Istanbul, Turkey.

Role Description and Key Responsibilities:

-Engage with leads to present our offers and effectively communicate their value to generate interest and sales opportunities.

-Address patient concerns by actively listening, empathizing, and providing accurate, relevant information to build trust.

-Negotiate and secure patient commitments to finalize purchases, ensuring a positive decision-making experience.

-Maintain detailed records of interactions to track progress, measure performance, and facilitate timely follow-ups with leads.

-Proactively work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Qualifications:

-Prior experience in roles such as Medical Consultant, Tele sales Representative, Translator, or Call Center Agent is preferred.

-Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential. Basic sales and customer service expertise is required

-Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software is necessary.
