We are looking for a Senior Tender Executive who will manage the end-to-end tendering process for government and private sector bids, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Management:
- Identify and track relevant tenders, RFPs, and RFQs through government and corporate procurement portals.
- Review tender documents thoroughly to understand eligibility, scope, technical, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and compile all documentation required for bid submission including pre-qualification, technical, and financial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Creative, Accounts, Legal, Operations) to gather necessary inputs and approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders (online/offline) and maintain records of all bids submitted.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain a repository of company documents such as registrations, certifications, work experience proofs, financials, etc.
- Ensure compliance with tender conditions, formats, and submission guidelines.
- Handle post-tender clarifications, presentations, and correspondence with clients or tender authorities.
Vendor & Portal Management:
- Manage registrations and renewals on government e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.).
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and consultants for consortium or joint bidding requirements when necessary.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Track bid status, evaluate outcomes, and prepare periodic reports on tender success ratio.
- Analyze competitor submissions and pricing trends to improve future bids.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in tendering, preferably within the advertising, media, or digital communication industry.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and online tender submission platforms.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender portals.
