Senior Trade Marketing and Operations Specialist (12 Month - Fixed Term Contract)

Key Competencies That Will Make You Stand Out


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a multinational company within Trade Marketing, Export, Category, Planning or Commercial coordination,
  • Ability to work with structured data, forecasts, assortments, multiple parallel deadlines,
  • High accuracy and precision, able to manage numbers, files, prices and timelines,
  • Advanced Office skills, especially Excel,
  • Service oriented mindset, focused on enabling internal teams and markets,
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural and international environment,
  • Comfortable in multi tasking and cross functional coordination roles,
  • Strong written and verbal English; Spanish is an advantage.


What to Expect in This Role


Coordination & HQ Alignment

• Act as the central coordination point for Latin America Markets within Head Quarter Office,

• Consolidate and translate LATAM market needs into HQ processes and systems,

• Ensure alignment between HQ functions (Trade Marketing, Category, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Export) and LATAM realities,

• Represent LATAM as a single, structured voice in HQ decision-making processes.


Product & Launch Management

• Coordinate new product launches in line with LATAM market dynamics,

• Ensure all launch materials (samples, visuals, claims, pricing) are ready and aligned,

• Manage assortment planning, product lifecycle, and delisting processes,

• Adapt product strategies to LATAM constraints such as long lead times and fixed assortments.


Operational & Marketing Coordination

• Validate logistics timelines and operational readiness before launch execution,

• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Communication, and Spain LATAM teams to align campaigns and activations,

• Ensure consistency across social media, influencer activities, and in-store execution,

• Coordinate between HQ and regional teams (Spain, Türkiye, Dubai) to ensure smooth execution and data consistency.


Forecasting, Budgeting & Demand Planning

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses based on market data,

• Monitor sell-out performance and adjust plans accordingly,

• Segment and analyze different business models (retail vs organized trade/catalog),

• Support demand planning processes with accurate and realistic projections.


Trade Marketing & Performance Tracking

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of POS materials, testers, and launch kits,

• Track monthly performance through LATAM dashboards (sales, distribution, competition),

• Identify improvement areas through KPI analysis and propose actionable solutions,

• Support brand visibility and in-store execution standards across LATAM markets.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, Logistics, Category, Export),

• Support execution of commercial and marketing strategies defined by regional teams,

• Facilitate communication between HQ and local markets to ensure alignment and efficiency.
