As a Senior Training & Onboarding Specialist, you will:
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Partner with managers and leaders to align onboarding with business objectives.
- Conduct orientation sessions that introduce company culture, policies, and values.
- Assess training needs across departments and implement tailored learning plans.
- Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and development activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and training initiatives.
- Develop training materials, guides, and e-learning resources.
- Prepare and manage annual training and onboarding calendars.
- Visit the main factory in Obour and other branches to understand operations, identify development areas, and deliver on-site onboarding/training.
- Provide insights and reports on program effectiveness, completion rates, and employee feedback.
- (5–7) years of experience in Training and Onboarding.
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end onboarding programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Skilled in analyzing gaps and translating them into effective training solutions.
- Flexibility to travel to Obour factory and other branches as needed.
- Background in the food industry or manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications a plus).
