What You’ll Do

As a Senior Training & Onboarding Specialist, you will:

  • Design and deliver structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Partner with managers and leaders to align onboarding with business objectives.
  • Conduct orientation sessions that introduce company culture, policies, and values.
  • Assess training needs across departments and implement tailored learning plans.
  • Deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and development activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and e-learning resources.
  • Prepare and manage annual training and onboarding calendars.
  • Visit the main factory in Obour and other branches to understand operations, identify development areas, and deliver on-site onboarding/training.
  • Provide insights and reports on program effectiveness, completion rates, and employee feedback.

Your Profile

  • (5–7) years of experience in Training and Onboarding.
  • Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end onboarding programs.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Skilled in analyzing gaps and translating them into effective training solutions.
  • Flexibility to travel to Obour factory and other branches as needed.
  • Background in the food industry or manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications a plus).
