Seattle City Light is seeking two Senior Training & Education Coordinator to join the Workforce Education and Engagement team within the People and Culture business Unit. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people development, committed to creating engaging learner experiences, and focused on fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering programs, while building strong relationships across departments and driving professional development initiatives that enhance employee growth. We are looking for an individual who can adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid position based in Seattle. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite at least three days a week with the possibility of working additional onsite days when the work requires. We believe that connection fuels innovation and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship and shared success.
This position will report to the Workforce Education and Engagement Manager.

The full salary range for this position is $45.74 to $53.27 per hour.
