Senior training officer

• Preparing surveys and studies to determine the training needs of human resources in coordination with various organizational units in the department.
• Preparing, organizing, and developing internal, local, and external training programs and collaborating with managers.
• Providing solutions for training needs and appropriate programs and suggesting changes to training programs.
• Studying and determining suitable training methodologies, methods, and styles for employees and the training content.
• Preparing the annual training plan approved by the department.
• Monitoring scholarship programs for members and employees of the prosecution both inside and outside the country.
• Monitoring accredited certificates and diploma programs and developing knowledge builders (internal lecturers).
• Studying and organizing strategies and objectives of employee development initiatives based on feedback from training program participants.
• Studying, evaluating, and measuring the effectiveness of training and the return on investment from training initiatives to determine the impact of training on department employees and the effectiveness of training efforts.
• Preparing training performance indicators reports and providing improvement recommendations based on the results.
• Conducting studies and benchmarking comparisons to improve work procedures in the department.
• Contributing to the dissemination and explanation of human resources systems and procedures related to the department's tasks to the department's employees.
• Documenting all training procedures.

Qualifications

• A university degree (Bachelor's) in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Practical experience of no less than two years in the same field.
• Linguistic abilities and skills in writing and reading in both Arabic and English.
