Lead and inspire a nationwide team of Field Delivery and Service Technicians, ensuring safe, efficient operations and exceptional white glove service for luxury products. Coordinate routes, maintain fleet compliance, resolve customer issues, and partner with vendors to maximize operational efficiency while delivering a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:- Lead and co-manage a nationwide team of Field Delivery and Service Technicians, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating staff.
- Collaborate with showroom managers to coordinate daily delivery operations and foster team engagement.
- Schedule, monitor, and optimize 3PL and in-house delivery routes using fleet management software, GPS tracking, and CRM tools.
- Ensure fleet safety, compliance, maintenance, and efficient utilization of resources.
- Develop contingency plans for operational disruptions and resolve customer service issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Track fleet performance metrics, generate reports, and partner with vendors to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and support ongoing operational goals.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations, including 2–3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in fleet operations (routing, dispatch, fuel, equipment utilization, and safety).
- Proficiency with TMS, ERP systems, route optimization, GPS/fleet tracking, and Microsoft Office; skilled in KPI analysis.
- Experience managing white glove delivery operations for luxury, high-value, or fragile products.
- Strong leadership with ability to coach, develop, and train teams on professionalism, etiquette, and premium service standards.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with sound judgment, reliability, and customer service focus.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and travel up to 25%.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $80,000
