Kallstar is hiring Experienced Truck Dispatchers for our USA trucking operations .

If you have strong experience in Load Planning, Freight Coordination, Broker Negotiation, and US Transportation , we want you!

🔶 Requirements:

• 2+ years in Truck Dispatching / US Trucking / 3PL / OTR Dispatch
• Strong skills in Load Planning, Freight Coordination, Carrier Sales
• Experience with DAT / Truckstop / FMCSA / DOT Regulations
• Excellent English communication
• Ability to manage drivers, routes, ETAs, multi-truck operations

💼 Responsibilities:

• Book loads (Reefer / Flatbed / Dry Van)
• Negotiate with US brokers & carriers
• Route planning & fleet tracking
• Maintain FMCSA/DOT compliance
• Handle real-time dispatch operations

💰 Compensation:

• Basic Salary + Commission + Bonuses
• Performance-based incentives
