Senior Typist (UAE National)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum High School.

Minimum Experience

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Good command of English and have good conversational and written skills in Arabic language
  • Adept skills in typing English and Arabic letters.
  • With minimum of 2 years’ experience in MOHRE, Immigration, Emirates ID and other government related activities.

Main Duties

  • Type all the applications in Arabic & English into the online MOHRE/ICP such as job offer, work permit, labour contract and cancellation.
  • Provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labour and immigration rules as per MOHRE/ICP system to keep the management abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
  • Ensure timely renewal of all employee’s visas, labour cards, and labour contracts to keep company’s records are updated in the labour and Immigration Departments.
  • Coordinate and collect the required documents for visa processing, and assign the jobs to typist.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such are driving license, car registrations, and legal other requirements to ensure that PR services are provided as required.
  • Prepare Arabic letters to various department on request basis

Specific Duties

  • The focal person between the PR team and Typist.
  • Distributing tasks between typists, following up and directing them to complete priority transactions.
  • Renew, update, and maintain all company documents (License, Immigration Box, Immigration Card, PRO Card) in MOHRE and ICP System.
  • Manage invoices and bills related to MOHRE and ICP services and prepare weekly and monthly reports on all transaction and forward to Line Manager.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of employees and the companies' data and not share it with others.
