Senior UI UX Designer

Aerial Teknology is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end product design — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping — ensuring every interface is both functional and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes: research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Create user-centric, accessible, and visually engaging designs.
• Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.
• Conduct UX research to understand user behavior and needs.
• Ensure responsive, accessible (WCAG-compliant) interfaces across platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile teams.
