Senior UI-UX Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our SaaS products and digital platforms. This role requires a designer who understands complex SaaS workflows, modern product design standards, and user-centered design principles.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, and web applications and must be able to translate complex product requirements into intuitive, scalable, and visually polished user experiences.

In addition to product design, the designer should also be comfortable handling other design tasks such as marketing assets, landing pages, and product visuals when needed.

This role will work closely with product managers, developers, and leadership to design and continuously improve the user experience of our platform.

Key Responsibilities1. Product UI/UX Design

• Design modern, intuitive user interfaces for SaaS platforms and web applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design complex dashboards, analytics interfaces, and data-heavy workflows
• Translate product requirements into clear and usable design solutions
• Ensure the product maintains consistent design patterns and usability standards

2. User Experience Optimization

• Conduct UX research and competitor analysis
• Identify usability issues and improve user journeys and interactions
• Optimize design for conversion, engagement, and usability
• Continuously refine the product based on feedback and product insights

3. Design Systems & Consistency

• Build and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
• Ensure consistent branding and UI patterns across the platform
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

4. Collaboration with Product & Engineering

• Work closely with product managers to define product features
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and scalable
• Participate in product discussions and planning sessions

5. Additional Design Work

While the primary focus will be product design, the role may also include:

• Designing landing pages
• Creating marketing visuals and product graphics
• Designing pitch decks or product presentations
• Supporting branding and design initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong experience designing SaaS products, web apps, or enterprise software
• Excellent understanding of UX principles and product design workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS platforms, dashboards, or complex applications
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as:
• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Sketch
• Experience creating interactive prototypes
• Strong understanding of responsive design and web usability
• Ability to work closely with developers and understand frontend implementation constraints

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in SaaS startups or product companies
• Experience designing data-heavy dashboards or analytics platforms
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of basic frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React workflows)
