Position: Senior UI/UX Designer

Red Feather Tech is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate must be an expert in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing modern web and mobile UI/UX solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype high-quality, user-friendly web & mobile interfaces using Figma
• Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize workflows
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders for smooth execution
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility across devices

Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (required)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile apps
• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Solid understanding of design principles, usability, typography, color theory, and responsive design
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (a plus)
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Must be available to work on-site (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media Arts, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
