Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end design for complex web and mobile projects, from concept to final delivery.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to validate and improve designs.
• Build, maintain, and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
• Own design decisions, ensuring alignment between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet accessibility and branding standards.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to influence product strategy and ensure design excellence.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design, design systems, and impactful product outcomes across web and mobile platforms.
• Expertise in user research, UX analysis, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), prototyping, and responsive design practices.
• Working knowledge of front-end practices (HTML, CSS) to align designs with technical implementation.
• ​Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide design discussions and influence decisions.
