As a Senior UI/UX Designer specialized in Design Systems, you will lead the creation, evolution, and adoption of our design system across products and platforms. Your work will ensure a seamless, accessible, and consistent user experience at scale, empowering designers and developers to deliver high-quality solutions faster and with greater cohesion.
This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and Corporate Identity You will act as the design system’s ambassador—establishing standards, driving adoption, and ensuring the system reflects the highest levels of usability, accessibility, and craft.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design System Leadership
  • Define, maintain, and evolve UI patterns, design tokens, components, and guidelines.
  • Ensure alignment with usability, accessibility, and corporate identity standards.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement and continuously improve the system in code.
Enablement & Advocacy
  • Act as the go-to expert for design system best practices, ensuring adoption across teams.
  • Provide documentation, guidance, and support for product designers and engineers.
  • Facilitate workshops, governance rituals, and training sessions to embed consistency and excellence.
Accessibility & Inclusivity
  • Advocate for accessibility standards ( EU Accessibility Act, ADA,WCAG).
  • Ensure the design system supports inclusive design principles across all experiences.
Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor design system adoption and gather feedback from users and teams.
  • Measure impact on design velocity, quality, and user satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to scale and refine the system.
Design Delivery
  • Contribute to product design efforts with high-quality responsive UI designs.
  • Support teams in translating use cases into E2E workflows and validated design solutions.
  • Ensure all outputs align with system standards and help evolve them when necessary.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, cognitive science, web design or similar degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or related field.
o Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Zeroheight, etc.
o Strong experience with Atomic Design principles, design tokens, and component libraries.
o Familiarity with Storybook, Chromatic, and developer handoff workflows.
o Deep understanding of accessibility standards (AA/AAA) and inclusive design.
o Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Lead workshops with Design Thinking methodology is considered as strong advantage
  • User research and conceptual designs.
  • Creation of pixel-perfect (E2E) prototypes.
  • End-user validations & Usability Testing.
  • Think outside-of-the box attitude and not be scared to propose new ideas and designs.
  • A team player mind-set with a proven track record of working with others within and across cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
