Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled UI/UX Designer to help reimagine the digital presence of our eCommerce brands across the USA and Canada. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, usability, and business results.

As our UI/UX Designer, you will revamp existing websites, lead new headless commerce projects, and ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across all digital channels. You will combine research, strategy, and visual creativity to deliver measurable improvements in user engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design modern, responsive, and user-centric interfaces for eCommerce websites and landing pages.
• Lead UI/UX direction for redesign projects, including site structure, navigation, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate with front-end and Magento developers to ensure accurate, pixel-perfect implementation.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, and reusable design components.
• Develop marketing and brand visuals, including banners, social media creatives, email templates, and brochures.
• Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to enhance usability and conversion rates.
• Use analytics and data insights to refine design decisions and elevate customer experience.
• Present concepts and updates to management and stakeholders, aligning creative vision with business goals.
• Take ownership of design outcomes with a focus on growth, quality, and accountability.

Role Expectations:

• Proactively understand brand goals and audience behaviors across multiple regions (USA & Canada).
• Ensure designs align with SEO and marketing strategies for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Translate feedback from marketing, development, and leadership into actionable design improvements.
• Establish a scalable design workflow to support future site launches and updates.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, UX best practices, and technologies relevant to eCommerce and headless systems.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in eCommerce or web-focused environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, design systems, and responsive layouts.
• Experience collaborating with Magento or similar CMS/eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with headless architecture, front-end workflows, and cross-platform consistency.
• Excellent visual design sense with attention to detail, typography, and balance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
