Senior UX Designer

About the Role

BlockVerse Solutions is seeking a seasoned UX leader to join our Dubai product team.
This is a key position responsible for leading user experience design across high-impact fintech, blockchain, and Web3 platforms.
You’ll manage a growing team of designers and collaborate directly with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
to deliver products that combine intuitive design with powerful functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the UX/UI design team to deliver exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Own design projects from research and conceptualization through to high-fidelity design and developer handoff.
• Establish and maintain design systems, standards, and accessibility best practices.
• Conduct user research, testing, and analyze data to refine product usability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align business goals with user needs.
• Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and sprint reviews.
• Foster a user-first design culture across the organization.
• Evolve UX processes for fast-paced fintech and blockchain product development environments.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional UX/UI design experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design in fintech, SaaS, or complex web platforms.
• Expert in Figma, Adobe XD, or other prototyping tools.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles, design systems, WCAG accessibility, and usability heuristics.
• Experience designing for blockchain, crypto, or Web3 platforms is a strong advantage.
• Ability to translate user research and data insights into functional design decisions.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with experience in Agile workflows.
