Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive product success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept and ideation to final hand-off for development.
• Create intuitive, user-focused designs that simplify complex workflows and enhance usability.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, storyboards, process flows, and site maps to clearly communicate design concepts.
• Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and deliverables to internal teams and senior stakeholders, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to continuously improve designs.
• Define, maintain, and promote design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them thoughtfully to projects.
• Contribute to motion design and micro-interactions to enhance overall user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong, demonstrable portfolio.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen understanding of user-system interaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and directly with developers.
• Experience or interest in motion design is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
