Job Overview

Duseca Software is looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for creating seamless, user-centered digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces across our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into effective design solutions
• Maintain and improve design systems and UI consistency
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design or a similar role
• Strong foundation in design principles (typography, layout, color, etc.)
• Experience in a service-based industry
• Strong UX thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Expertise in tools like Figma (and similar design tools)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
