User Experience Designer

About the Role:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how users interact with advanced AI technologies. You’ll design seamless experiences for AI-powered platforms, research tools, dashboards, and next-generation applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to drive design decisions
• Collaborate closely with AI Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for AI-driven interfaces
• Simplify complex AI concepts into clear, intuitive, and delightful user interfaces
• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and exceptional usability across all products

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design (strong portfolio required)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (must-have)
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture
• Experience designing complex dashboards, data visualizations, or AI-powered tools (preferred)
• Ability to translate technical AI features into simple, human-friendly experiences
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and solving meaningful design challenges

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous experience working on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or SaaS products
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end development
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
